Developer and Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to users of Mutant Lands:Superhero Fighter. Where privacy laws use the term "controller," I am the controller of information that I directly collect or decide how to use. Third-party advertising, analytics, platform, and technical service providers may act as independent controllers or processors for information they collect through their own SDKs, services, or technologies.

Information I Process

Depending on how you use the Service and which third-party services are active, the following categories of information may be collected, received, or processed:

• Identifiers, such as Android Advertising ID, Android ID where available, IP address, and other online or device identifiers;
• Device information, such as device model, manufacturer, operating system, app version, language, screen information, network type, and mobile carrier;
• Approximate location, such as country, region, city, time zone, or location inferred from IP address, SIM, device settings, or network information;
• App activity, such as gameplay events, session information, feature usage, ad views, ad requests, ad impressions, ad clicks, and interaction data;
• Diagnostics and performance data, such as crash logs, error reports, load times, technical logs, and other usage statistics;
• Contact information, such as your email address and message content, if you contact me directly.

I do not intend to collect special categories of personal data, such as information about race or ethnicity, religious beliefs, political opinions, health, biometric data, or criminal history. Please do not send this type of information when contacting me.

How Information Is Collected

Information may be collected directly from you when you contact me by email or another support channel. In that case, I may receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include.

Information may also be collected automatically when you use the Service. The app and third-party SDKs may collect device identifiers, app activity, ad interaction data, diagnostics, approximate location, and log data. This collection may happen through SDKs, APIs, cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies.

The Service may display ads provided by third-party advertising networks. These providers may collect and share information from your device to serve, personalize, limit, and measure ads, detect invalid traffic, and improve their services.

If additional advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or other SDKs are added to the Service, I will update this Privacy Policy as needed.

How Information Is Used

I and third-party service providers may use information for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and provide the Service;
• To show, personalize, limit, and measure advertisements where permitted;
• To analyze gameplay, usage trends, and app performance;
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, spam, invalid traffic, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
• To fix crashes, improve features, test changes, and optimize the Service;
• To respond to support requests or privacy inquiries;
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and platform requirements.

For users in regions where a legal basis is required, processing may be based on consent, legitimate interests, performance of a request from you, compliance with legal obligations, or another basis permitted by applicable law.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

I do not sell personal information directly for money. However, information may be disclosed, shared, or made available to third parties in the following situations:

• Advertising partners and ad networks, including Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, to serve, personalize, limit, and measure ads and detect invalid traffic;
• Platform and technical service providers, including Google Play Services, to support app functionality, security, diagnostics, and distribution;
• Analytics, crash reporting, hosting, or infrastructure providers if they are used to operate and improve the Service;
• Legal authorities, regulators, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud;
• Another developer or successor if the Service is transferred, merged, or sold, provided that the recipient agrees to handle information consistently with this Privacy Policy or gives you notice of changes.

Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies. I do not control every technical step performed by these third parties, so you should review their privacy policies and privacy controls.

International Data Transfers

I may use third-party providers that process information in countries other than your own. These countries may have privacy laws that are different from the laws in your location. Where required, I rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and third-party provider commitments to protect information transferred internationally.

Data Retention and Deletion

I keep information that I directly receive from you, such as support emails, only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Third-party providers retain data according to their own privacy policies, retention schedules, and legal obligations.

The Service does not currently require account creation. If you want to request deletion of information that I directly hold about you, contact me at m.zhvikovm@gmail.com. I may need to retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Security

I take reasonable measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by me. I strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any website or service you visit. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If I learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, I will delete it where possible. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact me.

If the Service is later made for children or included in a child-directed program, I will update this Privacy Policy and use only ad and analytics services permitted for that audience.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your data is shared. To make a request about information that I directly hold, contact me at m.zhvikovm@gmail.com. I may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can limit ad personalization, delete or reset your Android Advertising ID, or manage advertising privacy choices in your device settings. Depending on your region, the Service or its ad partners may show a consent or privacy options form that lets you manage personalized ads and related data processing.

California residents may have the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by California privacy laws. I do not sell personal information directly for money. Some advertising data disclosure may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can limit this through available consent prompts, privacy options, Android advertising settings, or by contacting me.

How to Opt Out

You may manage or limit certain data collection and advertising practices by using Android privacy settings, resetting or deleting your Advertising ID, limiting ad personalization, managing consent choices shown in the app, or reviewing the privacy controls offered by Google and other third-party providers.
